The foundation of Advantage Tile Stone Design was laid twenty-six years ago by one man installing ceramic tile to support his family. That one man, through years of hard work and sweat, built a company that employs 35 full time tile and stone installers that work on newly built custom homes throughout Southern California. Today, John Gragg is the CEO of Advantage Tile Stone Design, a company created to bring the latest trends and materials from the world of high end custom homes and commercial buildings.

We are a family run business. Jodi, John's wife, is President of the company and travels all over the United States discovering unique Home Decor items that we feature at our retail location. John's eldest son, Bryan, is head of business operations. Heidi, his eldest daughter, is the design consultant and Adam runs the field operations.

It is easy to see our professional quality and workmanship at any of the models of new home tracts throughout Southern California. At all S&S homes in Porter Ranch including the Meadows, Tuscany, Sorrento Pointe, and Verona. In addition we have installed marble, granite, slate, and porcelain in new home tracts in Calabasas, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Westlake, Burbank, Valencia, Palmdale, Lancaster, Victorville, Bakersfield, and Tehachapi.

We are for those individuals and businesses who want to have a professional and affordable option. Our goal is to carry high quality stone, porcelain and ceramic products at affordable prices. With our in house installers, we offer the customer a one stop shop for all of their needs. They can pick out a new floor, place the order, and have it delivered and installed within a very short period of time.
